Learn about different terminals and supported escape sequences

Make it so that forkepty() children are culled even after the PTY closes (ie when the PTY closes they get SIGHUP, if they SIG_IGN and can't be reaped, send a SIGTERM, if they SIG_IGN this then send a SIGKILL)
